Within the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, we offer a liberal arts education that introduces students to the great aesthetic, moral, and intellectual traditions of humanity. In doing so, we provide a basis for reflecting on, appreciating, and living a quality human life amid the challenges of the 21st century.
We are a community of teachers, scholars, artists, and performers committed to promoting an appreciation of cultural diversity and liberal studies with a global perspective. This commitment is realized in curricula, research, community outreach and engagement, internships, and study abroad opportunities.
